Refund policy
If you feel your product is not as intended when purchased online and delivered, you must:
1): Let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods by calling us on (03) 9466 4734.
2): You will be asked to provide photographic evidence, emailed to accounts@plantimage.com.au, to improve communications and decision-making.
Once we, Plant Image, are confident that product received has been handled as recommended, Plant Image will accept to Return and Refund.
The refund will be processed via the same method as initial payment.
Refund conditions and consideration applies to the specific Interior Plants & Gardens, Evergreen Outdoor Fences & Walls and other items purchased online only.
Refund conditions also applies to promotional items available only in the current sales period.
Delivery, accessories and other items are not included in the refund purchase price.
Upon receipt of items into store, process of payment will take up to 10 days, as per exact payment account for transaction.
