By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy, and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website.
In addition, when you purchase any products or services through this website, you will be deemed to accept these Terms of Service and you will purchase any products or services through this website subject to our Terms of Service as well as other terms set out in our sales order pages and other terms and conditions we include as a part of the sales process.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following Terms of Service and the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event that any term within the Terms and Conditions of Sale and these Terms of Service conflict, the latter will prevail to the extent of the conflict and inconsistency. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service, the Terms and Conditions of Sale, any information that may be contained on our website and any material delivered with any Plant Image product, the terms of any material delivered with any Plant Image product shall prevail to extent of any inconsistency and conflict.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. The email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between us for the purchase of the products will not be formed until:
1):if your payment is by card, your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card;
2):if your payment is via Buy Now, Pay Later using Zip Pay (or similar), your payment has been approved by Zip, in order to receive goods in advance, whereby you have entered into a separate payment plan and transaction obligations between you and Zip.
Our website accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard and Zip Pay.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this preauthorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
Plant Image will at its discretion consider in good faith honouring any promotions online if presented in-store. Please note however, online promotions and eMarketing of online promotions are generally and specifically for online purchases via our Website.
All references to $ and dollars on this website are to Australian currency. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery and/or Installation costs will also be charged, and such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the ‘total cost’. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors, including processing errors, may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. This website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or updated information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on the information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies.
In describing the products available to purchase online, Plant Image attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Plant Image does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of Plant Image services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Plant Image itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and in its original packaging. The colours of our Products represented on this website are as accurate and close to the actual colour of the products sold by us. However, the actual colour of the product may differ from the website as depiction of colour is dependent on lighting and the qualities of your online device. The variation between the two may be unavoidable.
Some products displayed on this website may be unavailable, out of stock or only offered for a limited time only. We make no representation as to the continued availability of any Plant Image Product. While we intend to carry sufficient inventory to service all customer requests, we may not be able to fill all orders for advertised product. Products seen on our website may not be available in all stores.

Price Guarantee will be held for a period of 3 months from date of confirmed order.
Where applicable, this may include a confirmed install date for receipt and acceptance of an Evergreen Outdoor Fence, Wall, Planter Box and/or Vertical Garden installation.
The refund will be processed via the same method as initial payment.
Excludes:
- delivery fees;
- products purchased under conditional offers or stock; and/or
- clearance items & limited-edition products.
Applies to the specific Interior Plants & Gardens, Evergreen Outdoor Fences & Walls and other items purchased online only.
Applies to promotional items available only in the current sales period.
Delivery and accessories not included in price.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Plant Image.
